I’m not Thai, but I was born in thailand, more expensive restaurants don’t make tastier Thai food, these street stalls and food courts taste very good.
God help them if mainland chinese come their. They will bring an empty suitcase and fill it with food. They are thieving pigs at buffets.
Do these street-side vendors need to pay rent, or do they just set up whereever they want to?
I went. Amazing. Price is now 50. Still a bargain!

Thai food is so colorful, fresh veges and the meats and the Thai green chilly peppers in fish sauce yummy. The soup, tom yum with lemon grass, I could go on and on. Throughly enjoyed the video and am salivating too. Pumpkin curry looks so appetizing. Over the top cuisine. Have to visit Phuket just for my gastronomical appetite. I like Thai food because it is spicy, sweet, sour, hot and salty. Good balance of every taste. Mark cleaned out his plate. $1.29 unbelievable. For all the viewers, “tip well” if you ever eat there.

I ate there at the end of August 2022.
It is now 50 baht for all you can eat.
I arrived at 10:30 am and it wasn't crowded.
I didn't see as many meat dishes as in Mark's video, but everything was fresh. Some dishes were full of flavor, others on the bland side for me. But overall it was a great experience.
I definitely recommend it as a way of trying many Thai dishes that you might not normally choose (because you have no idea what you're eating!).
I’m a vegetarian (just never really liked meat) but enjoy watching and living vicariously through Mark’s videos.
