   I’m not hating but Koh Lanta is not abandoned bc I live in Thailand and I am in Koh Lanta right now it’s just that not many people don’t really like to come a lot of Germans like to come tho and also I want to say if the water is going low fast it doesn’t mean there is a tsunami it’s just like that.

   We absolutely loved Koh Lanta! The people are so friendly and the island so easy to travel around. It was sad to see so many places affected so badly through covid but it will bounce back I am sure! Defo one of our favourite places we have visited so far in Thailand and we did so much!

    We will be visiting koh lanta in november. No more rainy season, so hopefully we can lay down on the beautiful beaches. It looks great on the video! Where did you book the transfer from krabi to koh lanta. We will be staying in ao nang and from there will go to koh lanta. Did you book it in advance or just a day before? Looking forward to new video's. Best regards !

    Thank you for sharing this great video about Koh Lanta! I’ve been living here for a few years now and I think that this island could easily be one of the best in Thailand. Unfortunately COVID hit us hard, it was very sad seeing most places empty and deteriorating over time. We all hope that Lanta will be soon back on it’s feet, we recently started a YouTube channel to shed more light on this untouched little paradise. Love your videos, big hug from Robbie and Pop! 🇹🇭❤️

    This is a Great island to visit. We went there 5 years ago and really enjoyed it. The scuba diving was amazing., the people were friendly and there’s lots of places to explore. We are going again this November. I think for you the problem you had was visiting out of season and of course the island is still recovering from the covid pandemic.

    I went to Koh Lanta last month, in August 2022. Big mistake. Full-on rainy season, so, lots of rain. Then, the waves were massive, making it difficult to swim in ocean, and of course trash everywhere on beaches. Due to the turbidity of the water, no "post card" blue water and white sand. Also, apart from local restaurants and the Lighthouse national park, and I guess "Old Lanta Town" (which took 3 hours to see, with lunch), there really is no reason to go to Koh Lanta.

    Afterward, went to Koh Lipe, and had a great time. "Post card" beach and waters.
