This is a prime example why it's important to take food handling very seriously and to be strict in monitoring and implemetation set standards. I seen multiple repeatedly touching raw beef, pork and somewhat cooked diced chicken breast at the same time touching cooked rice and seasoning containers without changing gloves, as you can see mentioned on previous comments at 3:40 in video the guy on the back noticed that one of the cooks gloves is obviously stained and soiled but he just gave him a quick smurk seems like he has no idea about the importance of it. This is somewhat alarming specially during this time that we are in i hope owners has seen this as this video since this video as been posted 4 years ago and hopfully they rectified it.

I love Pepper Lunch, first time I had it was in Bangkok like 7 years ago. Went to Manila earlier this year and it was the first place I looked for right away. Wish this would be bigger in North America, but I expect too many people would burn themselves or not cook their food properly
