  1. Sam says:

He did a good thing, but he also enjoyed it a little too much. Shooting him 3 times then the dude dropped (clearly incapacitated) then proceeds to shoot him one more time while standing over him. 🤔

Let the bad guys out, and punish the good guys to the full extent of the law when they push back on the bad guys to make them an example is how Tyrants work. I am spitting mad. This used to happen on a smaller scale in grade school. The same bully would beat kids. He would be back a few days later and do it again with another victim. Till one day that bully messed with the wrong kid and got a thick beating. The kid who fought back was punished. Tyrannical Governments like to have a monopoly on force. Forefathers knew this and did their best to protect the right to protect themselves (even against tyrannical government forces).

Shame on the DA for taking this to the grand jury. The citizen protector needs to be rewarded with honor and congratulations for saving lives and stopping crime when the law cannot arrive fast enough (which in violent crimes is the vast majority of the time). I don't care how dead a bad guy is, and neither do the police (government enforcers). Ever heard of "41 shots" by Bruce Springsteen. Based on a true event. Police always mag-dump into their targets. They are trained to overkill. Ever wonder why? Safety for themselves. We deserve the same right to defend ourselves when confronted with deadly threats. That guy could have turned around and sprayed the restaurant. Never leave it up to the bad guy to decide. The Texan knew this and soldiers/police/self-defense instructors/etc. know it as well. You don't wait and see when moments can mean life or death. I applaud the Protector-Texan.

Nor do I blame the guy for the last shot. The dead criminal caused a high-stress situation. The dead criminal's family, nor Reverend Jackson or the other special interest anti-gun groups/people get to "Monday morning quarterback" this innocent protector, who was just eating his tacos with a friend when this occurred. The criminal justice system let the criminal out early, he did what he always did (break the law violently), and met a good old Texas who didn't back down, even in the face of (what any reasonable person would think) was a real gun. That Texan who did the shooting of the criminal is a hero. Tyrannical governments always come after the brave who dare to defend themselves and their neighbors to the maximum extent. They still work for us. They need reminding. I hope locals in that county protest to show that.

  3. Holirumics Friend says:

Sorry it was NOT an insurrection!!! I know all your executives and leaders need to tote the liberal line but you’ve got to stop the falsehoods! Stop the unjust manipulation and persuasion designed ONLY to support your own self interests!!!!!!!!

  4. Tryrone Copper says:

I love Taxes such a free state, unlike New York where I'm at now, you can't protect yourself, because of the dumb liberal policies up here. People get robbed ,or assaulted, stabbed , or pushed on to the tracks, or into a train coming in the station quite often up here, and you can't even protect yourself. The gun laws are insane up here. That guy deserves what he got you make the wrong decisions you pay the price simple.

  5. Neil Thomas says:

That Customer Ain't no Hero. HELL NO !! The Robber left everybody Alive and was leaving with his Back Turned to the Customer.. if The Customer was BLACK and the Robber was WHITE and That Black Customer Shot the White Robber 9 Times and Execution Style none of you white people in Texas would have say it was Self Defense and Called the Black Customer a Hero…you all would have said He is a Murderer for shooting the Guy in the Back while He was leaving and Have the Black Customer Arrested.. THERE IS NO SELF DEFENSE LAWS FOR BLACK MEN ..ONLY FOR THE WHITE MEN..

  6. Paul says:

If more people acted like this it would end up a vigilante state and many innocent people could get hurt!

1: When he fired the gun there was a man sitting in the corner! Anyone else notice that? he could of shot the guy in the corner by accident.
2: After the man hit the floor why did the shooter go up to the man ( if he is still presumed dangerous ) and then fire a head shot ? Police do NOT attempt to go closer to any suspect that may be armed unless they are sure the guy is down and posses no threat. SO THIS IS AN EXECUTION ! and if a cop did this he too may be facing a huge investigation if not criminal charges!
3: Just like car accident you are not suppose to flee the scene of crime when you are involved in some way and especially if you shot someone!

Only thing here that can be probably justified by law is the shots before the suspect hit the ground on grounds of self defense ! everything the shooter did afterwards can and probably will be held in question! but we will have to see what law enforcement has to say!

  7. Staz says:

Oh I know what his mama is going to say, “He’s such a good boy he’s a medical student and he was trying to return his library books or he suffers from a mental disorder and he was off his meds.” Anyhow BLM will get him off ✊🏿Aight

  8. Muscle Man says:

The hero here is a smart man to have not come forward yet. It's simply easier for him to know he did the right thing and deal with it privately or through confidential therapy if he chooses. His community has already hailed him a hero and the police dont seem too eager to identify him, considering they could just finger print the fake gun or any of the utensils/cups he touched, let alone the clear image of his face lol. Give it a month or two and they will forget about it.

  9. knheffner says:

He shot him in the back. 9 times, from what was reported. Shot the robber after he was down from the video. That's cowardice. Once they are down, you don't have to shoot them again. If you don't know that, you shouldn't have a gun. You don't have to do a kill shot for a robbery.

  10. 1stTHINGS1st ZINX says:

What a dumb negro! Turns his back on everybody as he robs them one at a time at gunpoint while they’re seated in different parts of the restaurant, and then leaves the restaurant afterwards with his back turned to them… with a fake gun, no less! Play with fire… As if no one in the entire world could ever be a step or two ahead of him… Dumb doesn’t define and describe the dumbness witnessed here!

  11. swallowedinthesea11 says:

Maybe he doesn't have a home or a car or food? We all need to be more sympathetic and share what we are blessed with. If I had won the $1 billion lottery, I would donate it to the federal government to help the economy.

Crime is rampant and putting more people in prison doesn't lead to reform; if people in government and authority showed more compassion to the underprivileged, there would be more respect and understanding and this would result in less crime.

Any mean comments will be reported!

  12. Mika M. says:

America is absolutely ridiculous to convict the guy who is protecting and defending himself and other people from a robber who is welding a gun and ready to kill. He should never be charge but rather praised to eliminate a dangerous man who would and could potentially kill.
