Another good vid David that has once again left me hungry before bed. I have purloined a jolly roll from our fridge to try and stem the desire for some Thai food, alas a small sponge covered in chocolate has not quite hit the spot. You are indeed a lucky man to have the delightful Nong as a special dinner companion but one that is also fluent in the language and can protect you from the hidden spicy foods that are not your cup of tea. Great views from the the rooftop 🙏🙏
Do you know if the infinity pool can be used if you are not staying at the hotel. On my next trip to Pattaya i am staying in accommodation without a pool, and swimming here and having some happy hour cocktails would be great.

Amazing price. I'd prefer Mediterranean Etang de Thau to less salty Atlantic Fines de Claires, but 100% fab 👍👍.
All that looks lovely, a beautiful companion with whom to enjoy a delicious meal with, and then probably off to a few fun bars later, just destroys any motivation for me to get off my backside and go into my home town pub , for same old same old, just withering on the vine here. Peace.
Great choices and the quality looked excellent. Have eaten on the rooftop there with cocktails and was a nice experience. The chicken/coconut soup I always enjoy. Used to have regularly from the Beer Garden.
Food wasn't overly expensive. Looked good .

I love that restaurant in Siam Hotel, The Sea food buffet there, with the buffet from Thai Garden Resort, in north Pattaya, are the best for my taste. Nice video, thanks for share with us.
