But getting a location is not that easy. Building out a restaurant is not as easy as "living out your dreams". Landlords do not care about your dreams…they ONLY care about your credit and your bank account balance and 9 out of 10 banks are not as friendly with small business/new restaurant as they advertise. I just have to put it out there for people so they don't get disappointed.

Bro! I’m from Detroit originally! I’ve been living in Florida for the past decade! My immediate family still lives in Detroit! I say that to say this! When I was a kid there was a restaurant it was called Miley & Miley shrimp shack! They had locations off the Davison Freeway close to Highland Park and on the East Side! I’ve gonna back and they’ve since closed! If you can find the previous owner and the recipe you could make a billion dollars! They use to fry the shrimp in this batter and that’s all they did! I believe the previous woman has since past! Free falling ideas!
