what I see is just sugar and diabetes…

few days later
proceeds to drink gallons of bubble tea
The coffee supplied can contain your death capsule
Or bomb could be waiting in the coffee shop
Let white fat be punished
You can customise the bubble tea to be healthier… 0% sugar, less boba etc. and still enjoy the drink 😅
never had one. never wanted one
My gf introduced me to the bubble tea and I am converted. Recently I've been to vietnam and We had nothing liquid other than bubble tea.
I hate the stuff
How about you go for a run before or after consuming the drink so the sugar gets burned up and doesn't get stored as fat
100% natural juice –

my crush works in there.
she always make me come back 😍😍🥰🙂
Am I the only who doesn't like boba pearls?
I make milk tea at home with organic milk and very affordable red rose tea. Sometime I add honey and cocoa powder. Taste better than store bought bubble tea because it's better milk (bubble tea uses milk powder) and doesn't have processed sugar
Yeet
Yeah
we probably didnt even know they had caffeine, except the coffee boas …
they have coffee bobas too which he shouldve tried in the experiement
Too much sugar! No way!
3?!?! im full asian and i only have 1
me i think 1 year a cup
That’s a lot of bubble tea
once a week or sometimes once every 3months because it doesnt taste good without sugar im not a fan of sugarry drink. liquid candies!
8:52 steve minecraft uhg
there really is no need to order it with any percentage of sugar at all. sugar is already in the pearls/other toppings and the creamer. wished this series covered more on the effects of creamer than caffeine actually. still, great work by steven and all involved in the production
It’s my rewarding system for work. Now I have cut it down to 1 every 2 weeks cause my wallet can’t take it
I tried it once, it's too sweet, I only take tea coffee without sugar, So it's a big NO for me
1 exercise
2 Apple cider vinegar
3 no processed foods
4 ginger
5 oatmeal
6 get enough sleep
7 turmeric
8 eat smaller more frequently
9 beans
10 manage stress
in London, bubble tea is crazily pricey. some good one nearly costed 8 pounds lol
I'm 41 I've seen 2 BBT waves, the first was when it first hit our shores, that's afaik 1998, every other person was trying to open up a bbt store, there was no big names , it's just corner stores.
And then it died down…
And recently I think 2010~2015 ?
it came back better and classier, with big names like LIHO gongcha .
Tried it back in the 90s was pretty nice.
Never touched it since
I love the mask that has the bubble tea straw hole! Hillarious.
Somehow I don’t normally buy bubble tea, instead I buy a lot of fruit green tea from bubble tea stores without adding bubbles or toppings lol. The staff are always like: are u sure u dun wanna add anything? And most of the time I found 50% sugar level too sweet for me.
So bubble tea is tea with the milk? Me and the whole Britain drinking it all are lifes.
Asian ppl are so cute.
Not a bad novelty idea, however, this experiment to see how unhealthy/healthy bubble tea is, is very very flawed in the first place making it quite hard to trust and draw conclusions from due to a number of reasons:
Bias
Personal Placebo
Customer Placebo/Customer memory alteration
Single individual independent factor
Varying Bubble tea will have slight variation in composition with different statistics and ingredients as compared to other rival companies
You may not have drunk the same bubble tea in the same time every day
Your personal biology, physiology, lifestyle will have different reactions to bubble tea as compared to other adults of your age or race
Your not a regular bubble tea drinker
smh
I can't even bother to completely reason with you
i love boba but i avoid it a lot, its usually a treat for me rarely, My concern is of course the sugar, liquid sugar is the worst for your body and teeth, and secondly is how are these tapioca pearls digesting? i feel like its like chewing gum, surely they linger for a long time inside, and also there has been studys that there not safe to consume. honestly, i love the drink, but i think its not worth the trouble and there are other things i enjoy more
I'm here after being sick for drinking bubble tea
10 years ago I would drink a lot of milk tea but these days I would usually only drink something like grapefruit green tea or any type of fruit flavor syrup with brewed tea. Also ask them to adjust my sugar to 10% – 0% sugar. Only time I order a dairy base bubble tea if its matcha latte. Im also not a fan of tapioca pearls, usually opt for custard, grass jelly, aloe vera or red beans lol
As you age it's hard to consume milk tea because of the sugar and dairy.
Watch your weight, diabetes, n cancer cells feed on sugar!!!!
but i think most ppl order 50% sugar
Interesting sips Gong Cha
I think the tapioca dissolves with time and the tea becomes sweeter as you drink it
Maybe organic artificial 0 cal sweeteners could replace the sugar
I love all the other toppings than the actual tapioca boba.
I hate bubble tea.
the pearls are already sweet, plus always ask for 30% sugar or less never above that percentage. your health should be stable if you do this lmao
I love bubble tea but stick to one per month. Every since watching documentaries on sugar my eyes have been opened. Hoping to fully quit eventually. Sugar has the same effect on the body as alcohol, just without the high. So why are we comfortable giving kids these sugary drinks but not alcohol?
Dude you looked ridiculous in that mask!! Masks do more harm than good. So glad in my country we don't have to wear them.
I am not lying but in my life I only drank 4 cups of bubble tea so far and I am 14 years old and the moment I started getting addicted to this my mom put me on a stupid diet
